The National Gas Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited (NGC) is deeply saddened by the passing of our former President, Mark Loquan, ORTT. Mr. Loquan transitioned on Sunday 6th April 2025.
A visionary leader with a steady hand, Mr. Loquan led NGC from 2016 to 2024 with distinction. His tenure was marked by bold thinking, a deep sense of purpose, and an unwavering dedication to national development.
His influence extended far beyond boardrooms and business. A devoted supporter of the arts—particularly the steelpan—he brought the same passion to culture as he did to leadership, uplifting our nation through innovation and inspiration.
We are profoundly grateful for his service, the values he championed, and the legacy he leaves behind.
