The National Gas Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited (NGC) is in the process of constructing a Natural Gas pipeline to the A.S.S.A.R. Service Station, Munroe Road, Chaguanas. These works comprise Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) under the Uriah Butler Highway (North and South lanes) for approximately ninety minutes. There will be disruption to the flow of traffic during these HDD operations.
We wish to alert the public to the following:
