The National Gas Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited (NGC) advises that it will extend construction works on its project to divert a segment of its existing 16-inch low-pressure pipeline located in Dock Road and Wrightson Road, Port-of-Spain. NGC’s 16-inch pipeline project involves upgrading services of low-pressure customers by switching to a higher-pressure pipeline operating system.
The works will continue from Friday 29th July 2022 to Monday 1st August 2022 and include the following activities:
- Open cutting of Wrightson Road
- Installation of pipeline
- Reinstatement of roadway on Wrightson Road
This will result in partial access to Wrightson Road for the following dates and hours of the project works:
Friday 29th July 2022 from 7:00 pm to Saturday 30th July 2022 until 10:00 am
(western carriageway diverted; eastern carriageway open)
Saturday 30th July 2022 from 7:00 pm to Sunday 31st July 2022 until 10:00 am
(eastern carriageway diverted; western carriageway open)
Sunday 31st July 2022 from 7:00 pm to Monday 1st August 2022 until 4:00 am
(alternating diversion of eastern and western carriageways)
