The National Gas Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited (NGC) advises that it will undertake road reinstatement works on Wrightson Road, Port-of-Spain. The works will take place on Wednesday 19th October from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Works include road repair on the westbound carriageway of Wrightson Road, in the vicinity of the lane that leads onto Dock Road. There will be some movement of light tools and machinery.
A comprehensive traffic management plan will be implemented and the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS), will be on hand to assist with traffic management with the following considerations:
- During works the police will redirect all incoming traffic from three lanes into two lanes on the westbound carriageway of Wrightson Road.
- There will be advance notice/signs for commuters along Wrightson Road NGC wishes to assure the public that all work will be conducted with safety as its highest priority and every effort will be made to minimise inconvenience to the public.
