Pursuant to Section 64(1)(b) of the Securities Act 2012, Trinidad and Tobago NGL Limited (TTNGL) advises that the term of the appointment of Ms. Jacqueline Quamina came to an end on 30th July 2020 and Mr. Patrick Ferreira was appointed a Director of TTNGL effective from 30th July 2020.
