NGC has successfully closed another important gas sales contract with the Trinidad Nitrogen Company Limited, (TRINGEN), one of the longest-operating companies on the Pt Lisas Industrial Estate.

The deal was signed recently at the NGC offices at Point Lisas, further securing one of NGC’s trusted partnerships and underscoring the synergy between the companies in working to maintain the sustainability of the petrochemical sector. The agreement also affirms NGC’s and TRINGEN’s commitment to environmental responsibility.

Commenting on the agreement Mr. Treveno Stenn Mowassie, President of Yara Trinidad Limited commented, “We are pleased to continue our long-standing partnership with this agreement, fortifying our commitment to continued sustainable ammonia production in Trinidad and Tobago. The agreement enables the continued development of our environmentally responsible nature-positive solutions, and we look forward to collaborating towards securing a sustainable long-term gas supply.
