Question at the meeting of Trinidad and Tobago Parliament on Friday 7th June 2019, following the announcement of the resignation of Professor Gerry C. Brooks from his role of Chairman of the board of NGC and all other NGC Group boards.

“Could the Minister (of Energy and Energy Industries) state the reasons for the sudden departure of the Chairman of the National Gas Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited, Professor Gerry Brooks at a time of heightened top-level international negotiations on energy pricing, contractual and commercial arrangements involving the Prime Minister and his touring party?”
